PROFIL HEMATOLOGI (ERITROSIT, HEMOGLOBIN, DAN PCV) PADA AYAM KAMPUNG BETINA YANG DIBERI SAMBILOTO
Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pemberian sambiloto terhadap eritrosit, hemoglobin, dan PCV pada ayam kampung betina. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan pada Januari— Maret 2022, bertempat di Laboratorium Lapang Terpadu, Fakultas Pertanian, Universitas Lampung. Pemeriksaan sampel darah dilakukan di Balai Besar Laboratorium Kesehatan Palembang, Sumatera Selatan. Penelitian eksperimental menggunakan 4 perlakuan dan 3 ulangan. Perlakuan diberikan melalui air minum dengan P0; (kontrol), P1;3 ml/kg BB/hari, P2; 6 ml/kg BB/hari, P3;12 ml/kg BB/hari. Data yang diperoleh dianalisis secara deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pemberian sambiloto pada ayam kampung betina dapat mempertahankan jumlah sel darah merah, hemoglobin, dan PCV pada kisaran normal pada semua perlakuan.
