PENGARUH SUPLEMENTASI SOYBEAN MEAL (SBM) TERHADAP KADAR PROTEIN, LEMAK, DAN LAKTOSA PADA SUSU KAMBING SAPERA
Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh suplementasi SBM terhadap kadar protein, lemak, dan laktosa pada susu kambing Sapera. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan pada bulan Juli sampai dengan Agustus 2021 dan bertempat di Peternakan Bapak Setiono Heri Winarko, Kelurahan Yosodadi, Kecamatan Metro Timur, Kota Metro. Rancangan yang digunakan berupa 4 perlakuan dan 3 ulangan sehingga membutuhkan 12 satuan sampel. Sampel yang digunakan yaitu 12 ekor kambing Sapera yang sedang laktasi yang dikelompokkan berdasarkan bobot badan. Pengujian sampel susu menggunakan lactoscan untuk menganalisis kadar protein, kadar lemak, dan kadar laktosa. Data hasil pengujian dilakukan analisis of variant dan dilanjutkan dengan uji Polinomial Ortogonal. Hasil analisis of variant menunjukan bahwa suplementasi SBM tidak berpengaruh nyata (P>0,05).
